At TVO Learn, we want you to love your wardrobe. If you are not completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your TVO Learn account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn, unwashed garments with original tags attached into the original shipping packaging or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location. You will receive an email notification once our warehouse has processed your return and issued your refund.
